Our Monthly Retainer offers you the assurance of on call HR support.
We are availble by mobile phone, land line and/or e-mail Monday to Friday between 0700 and 2200 hours. If we cannot respond immediately, we will endeavour to contact you within an hour.
We will be available at weekends but cannot guarantee the timely response as per the weekdays.
For a reasonable retainer paid monthly and by direct debit, we guarantee you one hour of Plain Talking HR support each month.
If you do not use your full hour then we will credit the remaining time.
If after six months, you have credit owing to you, we will discuss with you how we can effectively use that credited time to support you. For example, we could undertake a review of your policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect current legislation.
If during the month you require extra support we can either agree to undertake the work at an hourly rate or we can discuss the specific requirements and offer our project rates.Any changes to our current stated rates will be notified to you with at least two months' notice.
