On 25th April 2025, Bina was honoured with the Award for Excellence in Business at the Women of Inspiration Awards in Luton. This accolade celebrates her exceptional contributions to the HR sector and her dedication to empowering small businesses with clear, practical HR solutions.
Bina's approach, characterised by her straightforward and empathetic style, has made her a trusted advisor to many enterprises navigating the complexities of employment law and people management.
Just two weeks later, on Friday 9th May 2025 Bina's achievements were further recognized when she received the Woman Who Achieves Award at the 10th anniversary celebration of the Woman Who Awards, founded by Sandra Garlick MBE.
This event, held at the historic Coombe Abbey Hotel, brought together 90 finalists from diverse industries. Bina stood out among them, earning her place among 14 award recipients. Her recognition highlights not only her professional success but also her role as a mentor and inspiration to women in business across the UK. Plus her commitment to her community and supporting others whenever she can.
Bina's journey from arriving in the UK as a refugee from Uganda in 1972 to becoming a celebrated HR consultant and author is a testament to her resilience and passion.
